How would you react if a fast food crew spills your food all over the floor? A netizen, instead of getting m
ad, chose to be kind and understanding.
In a Facebook post, Mariz Agento shared that she immediately thought that the crew would probably not take home his income for the day just so he can replace their food worth more than P500. This is why she decided to just re-order and make sure that the crew does not have to shoulder anything.
“NATAPON NG CREW YUNG FOOD NAMIN SA JOLLIBEE KANINANG BREAKFAST. Napaisip agad ako na yung pinasok nya for today is malamang iaabono nya lang since 500+ yung bill namin so di ako nag dalawang isip to pay for it again kasi alam ko mahirap maging service crew sa fast food,” Mariz said.
“Kinausap ko yung nasa cashier and made sure na hindi sya magbabayad sa natapon na food. Siguro pagod na si kuya or may problemang bitbit. Ingat na lang next time. SENDING VIRTUAL HUGS SA LAHAT NG SERVICE CREW, DESERVE NYO NG MAS MATAAS NA SAHOD.”
Her post was
flooded with gratitude, especially from those who worked in the fast food industry. They pointed out that the crew is wearing a white shirt so he is probably a trainee .
“Mukhang trainee or bago pa si crew. Malamang deep inside ni kuya kabadong kabado yan. Kasi for sure charge talaga sa kanya yan. Pero kudos po sa inyo at naisip nyo din ang side ni crew. God bless po,” a netizen commented.
“Super thank you po for being so understanding lalo sa mga crew. Mahirap na work yan lalo pa bago siya. Naalala ko tuloy nung naging working student ako sa Jollibee. I’m still thankful and grateful at nakapagtapos ako kasi may naniwala sa kakayahan ko,” another recounted.
May we have more of this kind of stories. Kindness should rule.
