No doubt about; Nick Carter is devastated over the passing of his 34-year-old brother,  the popular I’m All About You singer Aaron.

On Instagram, the Backstreet Boys member, who’s now 42, posted old photos of him and his late brother and said his heart is broken.

In his message he disclosed that while he and his brother have had a complicated relationship, Nick said his love for him has never ever faded.

“I have always held on to the hope that he would somehow, someday want to walk a healthy path and eventually find the help that he so desperately needed,” he further shared.

“The truth” he added, “is that addiction and mental illness is the real villain here.”

He then emotionally expressed his grief over Aaron’s passing. “I will miss my brother more than anyone will ever know. I love you Chizz. Now you can finally have the peace you could never find here on earth….I love you baby brother.”

He pleads to God to please take care of his baby brother.

On  different social media platforms, people posted messages of love, prayers, and throwbacks as they recall how his music made an impact on their lives.

Aaron’s ex-girlfriend Hilary Duff also penned a tear-jerking note on Instagram following his demise..

“For Aaron-I’m deeply sorry that life was so hard for you and that you had to struggle in front of the whole world. You had a charm that was absolutely effervescent…boy did my teenage self love you deeply. Sending love to your family at this time. Rest easy.”

Aaron Carter was found lifeless in his home on Saturday afternoon, November 5.
